Non-insulated aluminum food carrier on wheels. For hot or cold food. No temperature gauge. Not electric.
Sheet pans are NOT included
Holds 39 full-size sheet pans (18"x26") or 78 half-sized sheet pans (13"x18")
You can place sterno in the bottom to help maintain temperature, or add humidity by using a food pan 1/2 full of water placed three racks above the sternos.
