Sheet pans are NOT included
Holds 34 full-size sheet pans (18"x26") or 68 half-sized sheet pans (13"x18")
Do not place anything plastic or likewise in unit it will melt!
Run on separate circuit 18 amps required
Turn power on Turn Thermostat to #10 preheat for 30 minutes then turn back to #8
#8 = approx 175 degrees
#6 = approx 145 degrees
#4 = approx 115 degrees
Measurements: 70" Tall by 20" Wide by 31" Deep
