Thanks so much for making my brunch on Saturday such a fine event. With Mother Nature’s cooperation (my hot pink roses opened up next to the tent, exactly matching the tablecloths!), we had a gorgeous morning at the Race for the Cure and afterwards at my house for the brunch. Everything you promised would be in place was there when I arrived home Friday afternoon. Thanks, thanks.

I have left the used tablecloths back on their hangers and in the plastic they were left in on the 8 foot table under the tent. I am headed back to Northern Va. on Sunday night, knowing your team is picking up everything Monday.

Your team always does an excellent job with our events annually. It is VERY important for the equipment that we use to be top rate, but it is equally important for the sales and set up staff to be knowledgeable and flexible. I had an extremely pleasant experience today when I picked up a Snow Cone machine for my church.

First, Suzanne Clayton helped me in the showroom and could not have been nicer or more efficient. I was helped promptly and professionally. What a wonderful first impression she makes.

Next, I met Tyrone in the warehouse who quickly loaded the machine and supplies into my car. When I asked Tyrone about the possibility of purchasing a table from Party Perfect he directed me to Warren.

I could tell that Warren was extremely busy but nevertheless he took time to talk with me about exactly what I needed. I really appreciated the fact that even though he was busy he never rushed me-once again the words pleasant and professional come to mind.

Please let me commend you on your employees and how they interacted with me. If everyone followed the example set by Suzanne, Tyrone and Warren, doing business would always be a pleasure.
