Jeff Johnstone, owner of Party Perfect, has not strayed too far from his roots. As a young boy, Jeff worked in a small tool rental store in rural Pennsylvania. He started as a clerk and eventually oversaw every aspect of the business, learning the equipment inside and out and learning how to run a business.

In 1996, when Jeff had the opportunity to purchase a special event rental company in Virginia, he knew his experience and background in the tool rental industry was a natural transition.

It was a good move. Jeff has more than doubled the business since he purchased the company and changed the name to Party Perfect. He works closely with his colleagues at Party Perfect stores in Baltimore and Virginia Beach.

Jeff has become active in industry trade groups and business organizations such as the American Rental Association, Better Business Bureau, Greater Richmond Chamber and others.

When not working, Jeff is an avid outdoors man who loves to hunt and fish as well as gardening. He and his wife Kathy have three sons, Ben, Tyler and Jared and a daughter, Megan. Jeff graduated from Lancaster Bible College and is active at Atlee Community Church.
