JOB DESCRIPTION
FOR
PRODUCTION PERSONNEL
The following is a description of the responsibilities for the position of production personnel:
Equipment:
Clean returned equipment.
When cleaning equipment, look for loose or missing fasteners, parts, etc.
Use appropriate cleaning method for each item.
Keep all rental equipment operating properly.
Return all rental equipment to its proper place in the warehouse.
Be sure that all equipment is stored with proper protection.

Be sure all equipment is “Ready to Rent”.
Assist with equipment repairs.
Notify supervisor of items returned damaged.
Customers:
Greet all customers cheerfully.
Assist customers in loading and unloading their vehicles.
Carefully count all returned equipment. Report any shortages to your supervisor.
File all contracts properly. See supervisor for details.
Vehicles:
Complete vehicle check list weekly.
Keep vehicles clean both inside and out.
Inform operations manager of any problems with vehicles.
Assist in the accurate loading and unloading of vehicles.
Secure loads properly.
Physical Plant:
Sweep floors.
Maintain clean loading area and parking lot.
Report safety violations to supervisor.
Keep all equipment storage areas neat, clean and free of clutter.
Event Production:
Arrive at your report time wearing your company uniform.
Assist in verifying that vehicles are loaded with everything needed for the job.
Assist in squaring the tent and marking stake locations.
Assist in unloading the vehicles.
Assist in constructing and erecting all tents, stages, dance floors, flooring, etc.
Assist in setting up of equipment such as tables and chairs if necessary.
Assist in knocking down all equipment.
Be available for “on site” assignments during the events.
Leave all sites clean of debris, and looking better than when you arrived.
Other:
Attend store and safety meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Communicate with supervisor.
